The parade will begin at Holy Ghost Catholic Church at 2 p.m., travel through the downtown area and end at Donald Gardner Stadium. Saints agree to deal with CB Leigh Torrence

New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Tuesday that the club has agreed to terms with cornerback Leigh Torrence on a one-year contract.
