NOLA.com New Orleans will have largest culinary library in the South NOLA.com The library will be located in the same block as Cafe Reconcile at 1609 O.C. Haley Blvd., and is scheduled to open in 2013, just down the street from the new location of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, scheduled to open at 1504 O.C.
